Our room was immaculate and huge, available with interesting decor, a large bathroom plus art work. Location: the hotel was just off the market and the roof top restaurant. We had goodies and coffee at Tazikis Cafe, it was located close to the venue.

Excellent location, within walking distance to all the main attractions and restaurants in the city. The hotel had a unique and artistic atmosphere, with beautiful artwork throughout the property. The staff at the front desk were always friendly and welcoming.

The shower head in the bathroom was broken and couldn't stay in one position, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The shower curtain was not properly attached, which caused water to leak onto the bathroom floor.

The property's artistic atmosphere, stunning art gallery, and beautiful bedroom with king-sized bed and luxurious mattress were exceptional. The spacious bathroom was a highlight, and the location within walking distance of everything was perfect. The rooftop bar/restaurant, Eleve, was a hidden gem with great food and drinks, and the hotel staff provided excellent service. The overall decor and artwork throughout the hotel were beautifully done.

My stay was incredible, with the hotel being located in a great area close to many sights like the waterfront and uptown, making exploring easy. The room and bathroom were impeccable, with amazing facilities like an in-house Starbucks and art gallery. The breakfast choices were diverse, and the staff, especially Stephanie and Nicole, delivered exceptional service that made my stay more enjoyable. I also loved the great view from the rooftop terrace.

There were a few issues reported by other guests about the cleanliness of the rooftop bar and housekeeping.

I was pleasantly surprised by the unique and vibrant decor throughout the hotel. The funky visuals and colorful carpets added a stimulating level of creative energy. The room itself had a more subdued decoration with soothing color combinations, creating a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding was superb, and the bathroom was big and luxurious, complete with a fantastic shower and double sinks. The location was excellent, with everything in Charleston being very walkable, and there were plenty of great eating opportunities nearby. The staff was excellent, and the valet parking worked very well. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

My partner and I recently had the most amazing romantic escape ever. This hotel had everything we were looking for. The complementary breakfast and rooftop experience were out of this world. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, everything we wanted was just a stone throw away. The hotel also had great interior decorations that made our stay more comfortable.

We had a few hiccups during our stay. The room was showing its age, a few scuffs on the walls and unraveling carpet.

The rooftop restaurant, Eleve, offered delicious food and drinks with a stunning view. The staff, especially David at the front desk, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. The hotel itself is luxurious and stylish, and the location is perfect for exploring downtown Charleston. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

our stay at the autograph collection was simply amazing. from the beautiful art-filled rooms to the view of the gallery, everything exceeded our expectations. the king size bed was incredibly comfortable, and the spacious bathroom was a treat. the location was perfect, within walking distance to everything we needed.
